Growing up, I was always drawn toward creative storytelling. The many ways humans communicate their stories — literature, drama, dance, music — fascinate me. The way I tell stories is visual, through my artwork. It could be a drawing or a painting or a hand-lettered design. No matter the medium, my goal is the same: to bring a story to life.
Through years of commission work, I’ve been asked to portray a wide range of stories, from times of great celebration to moments of immense tragedy. All of these stories are important and deserve to be told. When you look at my work, I want my subject to communicate with you. I want you to feel the emotion, to learn something about the subject, as I did while creating the piece.

Ultimately, I was created to create. Everything I make will reflect God’s story, as He is the Author of Life and Creator of all.
